How soon do I receive my order?
We process most orders within 24 hours of receipt (except weekends and holidays). Most USA customers receive shipments within 3-7 days. International shipments 7-10 days. Overnight and express service to available to most areas.

I don't have a credit card. What can I do to order?
You are able to order by phone, fax, e-mail, check, and money order. Simply print out the order form and send it to us with payment.

We are a government agency - Can you accept our purchase order?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from government, military, and municipal entities and we usually accept purchase orders from commercial and professional entities that are D+B or similarly rated. Call customer service for details.
